We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our Account Management Team. The successful candidate will support the team with growing the user base of CFRA’s product and services at key accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with individual brokers and investment advisors to encourage usage of CFRA products
- Assist Senior Account Managers and Executives with large accounts
- Assist in marketing and campaign development and execution
- Analyze usage stats to determine effective account growth and campaign strategies
THE CANDIDATE
This role would suit a qualified individual with 1-3 years general business experience in the financial services industry. It will initially be a support role; however, it offers upward potential into a more senior sales or account servicing role for the right candidate.
Desired skills and characteristics:
- Collaborative work ethic
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of comfort with cold calling as it pertains to increasing the user base at existing accounts
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Facility with data analysis
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Familiarity with financial markets and investment research
- Experience with Salesforce highly valued
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree - financial major preferred
